Your competitors are buying the same lead you just paid for.
We generate hot, ready-to-buy local service leads with superior SEO — and sell them to exactly one contractor per market. Not shared. Not resold. Not a bidding war three minutes after the phone rings. Pay a flat monthly rate or a percentage of each closed job.
Once a market is claimed, it's closed until that contractor leaves
Shared leads are a race you didn't agree to enter
The major lead platforms sell one homeowner's request to several contractors at once. By design, you're paying for the privilege of competing.
You pay to compete
The same lead lands with three or four companies. Whoever calls back fastest, or bids lowest, takes the job. Everyone else paid for nothing.
Price becomes the pitch
When four bids arrive within the hour, the conversation stops being about quality. You either cut your margin or lose the job.
You build nothing
Every dollar buys one contact. Stop paying and it all disappears — there's no asset, no ranking, no accumulated position in your market.
What a hot lead actually is
Most "leads" are a name on a list. Ours are a homeowner, standing in their house with the problem, who searched for exactly what you do and picked up the phone.
A homeowner who searched "your service + their city," landed on a page built to answer that exact search, and called the number on it. Nobody sold them. Nobody cold-called them. They came looking for you.
That intent is why organic search leads close differently than purchased contact lists. By the time the phone rings, the caller has already read what the work involves and what it roughly costs — the page did the qualifying before you ever said hello. Your first conversation starts at "when can you come out," not "who are you and why are you calling me."
Generating that call takes superior SEO: knowing which searches carry buying intent in your market, building the pages that win them, and holding the position as competitors move. That part is our problem, permanently. Yours is answering the phone.
We build the asset. You take the calls.
Four steps, in order. The order matters — each one depends on the one before it.
We validate the market before building anything
We pull real search volume for every service and city combination, and check who currently ranks. If nobody is searching for your service in your market, we tell you and we don't build. That conversation happens before you spend anything.
We build a site engineered to rank
A complete site targeting the exact searches your customers type, written the way homeowners actually describe their problem. Every site has to pass our four automated quality gates before it goes live — the ranking system behind it is ours, and it stays that way.
We rank it and answer the phone
The site earns organic position over time. Calls route through a tracked number, and an AI receptionist answers around the clock so nothing goes to voicemail at 9pm on a Saturday. Calls forward straight to you during business hours.
You close the work and keep the customer
Every call is yours, recorded and tracked so you can see exactly what you're getting. The customer is yours permanently — the repeat work, the referrals, the reviews.
Trades we build for
We focus on high-ticket home services where a single closed job pays for months of lead flow, and where local search still has room for a new site to rank.

Typical job $3,000–$20,000Does this actually make you money?
It only works if the answer is obviously yes. Here's the arithmetic we use when we price a market — run your own numbers into it.
The rule we price by
We aim for you to make roughly ten dollars for every one you pay us. On the example at left, that's a lead fee in the neighborhood of $1,500–$1,600 a month.
If a market can't clear that bar, we'd rather tell you than sign you. A contractor who feels squeezed cancels in month three, and we've built the site for nothing.
Where this sits against everything else
| Approach | Exclusivity | What you're buying | Typical cost |
|---|---|---|---|
| Shared lead platforms | Sold to 3–5 contractors | A contact, competed for | $30–$300 per lead |
| Google Ads | Yours, while you pay | Clicks, priced by auction | $8–$60 per click |
| An SEO agency | Yours | Effort on your own site | $1,500–$6,000/mo, no guarantee |
| Red Dragon Leads | One contractor per market | The calls themselves | Flat monthly rate, or a share of each job |
Ranges reflect commonly published industry figures and vary widely by trade and market.
Two ways to pay. Same exclusive calls.
Pick the structure that fits how you run your business — the leads and the territory protection are identical either way.
Flat monthly rate
One invoice
Priced to your market's demandA predictable monthly fee for every call the site produces, regardless of volume. Priced after we measure your market's real search demand, against the rule that you should make roughly ten dollars for every one you pay us.
- Unlimited calls, one number to budget
- Simplest to run — no per-job accounting
- Month to month, 30 days' notice
Percentage of each job
~10%
Of revenue closed from our callsLittle or no fixed cost — we take a share of the jobs you actually close from our calls. Our income depends on sending you callers who buy, which points our incentives in exactly the same direction as yours.
- Pay only when you win work
- Scales up and down with your season
- Requires shared job tracking
Common questions
What exactly am I buying?
Access to the calls generated by a website we own and rank for your service in your market. You are not buying the website, and you are not buying a marketing course. You get the phone calls.
Are the leads shared with my competitors?
No. One contractor per trade per market. That exclusivity is the entire product — it is why we cannot sign three roofers in the same city.
How is this different from Angi, Thumbtack, or HomeAdvisor?
Those platforms sell the same lead to several contractors, so you are competing on speed and price the moment the phone rings. Our calls come from a site that ranks organically, and they come only to you.
How long before calls start?
Organic ranking takes time. Realistically most markets take a few months to build momentum, and some take longer. Anyone promising page one in thirty days is guessing or lying.
What if the calls stop?
You stop paying. There is no long-term contract, because a lead business that has to trap people with paperwork is not producing leads.
