Google Business Profile Management

Own the map pack for your trade

Google Business Profile management is a full buildout and weekly upkeep of your existing profile: $500 setup, then $197/month. Categories, services, service areas, photos, weekly posts, Q&A, and monitoring — the profile work that decides who shows up in the map results.

The map pack is half the page — and most profiles are half-finished

Search any service plus a city and look at what's above the regular results: the map with three businesses in it. For a huge share of local searches, that box is where the click goes. Whether you're in it is decided mostly by how complete, active, and trusted your Google Business Profile is.

Most contractor profiles were claimed once, half-filled, and abandoned. One category instead of five. No services listed. Six photos from 2019. Unanswered questions, unanswered reviews. Google reads all of that as a business that might not be paying attention — and shows a competitor instead.

What we actually do

  • Full profile audit and buildout: primary and secondary categories, every service listed individually, service areas, hours, attributes, and description
  • Photo strategy and upload guidance — what to shoot on the job so the profile looks like a working crew, because it is one
  • Weekly posts: recent projects, seasonal reminders, offers
  • Q&A seeding with the questions customers actually ask, answered properly
  • Monitoring for suspensions, unauthorized edits, and competitor spam
  • Monthly report: calls, direction requests, and profile views

What it means for you

When your profile is complete and active, Google has every reason to show it — and when a homeowner compares the three businesses in the map box, the one with current photos, listed services, and answered questions is the one that gets the call. This is patient, unglamorous weekly work. It's also the single highest-leverage free visibility in local search.

We manage real profiles for real locations — only. We work on your existing profile for the place your business actually operates. We do not create profiles for locations a business doesn't physically serve from. That kind of listing spam gets profiles suspended — and suspensions can take the legitimate listing down with them. If that's the service you're shopping for, we're the wrong vendor.

Questions contractors ask

Can you get my suspended profile back?

Sometimes. Reinstatement depends on why it was suspended and whether the underlying issue is fixable. We'll assess it honestly before you pay for anything — some suspensions aren't worth fighting and we'll tell you so.

Do you guarantee a spot in the map pack?

No, and nobody honestly can — Google decides. What we control is everything on our side of the line: completeness, activity, accuracy, and trust signals. That's what moves profiles, and we do all of it, every week.

I don't have a profile yet. Can you create one?

If your business genuinely operates from a real location we'll create and verify it properly. What we won't do is create profiles for places you don't actually work from — that's the fastest route to a suspension that takes everything down.

What do you need from me?

Manager access to the profile, and photos from your jobs when we ask. Ten minutes with your phone on a job site gives us a month of material. We handle the rest.

Why does activity matter so much?

Google's local results favor businesses that look open, active, and responsive — recent photos, fresh posts, answered questions and reviews. An abandoned profile reads as a maybe-closed business, and Google stops showing it.
