What is not included

It is month to month. You can cancel with 30 days' notice and there is no termination fee. What is fixed is the price: $99 a month is locked for your first twelve months no matter how many leads the site produces.
What counts as a lead?
A homeowner who contacted the site with a callback number, a service request, and a location (and a name where they gave one). Spam, robocalls, solicitors, duplicates of the same person, and hang-ups are filtered out before they reach you and are never counted toward your rate.
What if the site sends no leads some months?
You still pay $99 and the site keeps working for you. There is no lead guarantee. A slow month lowers your year-two rate, because that rate is set from what we actually delivered, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice if it is not worth it to you.
How is the year-two price set?
From your trailing average of qualified leads per month, using the table on this page, which is written into the agreement on day one. From your year-one results. We look at the qualified leads the site actually delivered, propose a rate in writing at least 30 days before renewal, and lock it for the next twelve months. It is never a number pulled from the air, and you can decline it by cancelling with 30 days' notice. You see the count in every monthly report, so month thirteen is never a surprise.
Do I own the site?
No. We own, host, and maintain it, pay for the domain and the tracked phone number, and keep it ranking. You hold the exclusive right to every lead it produces for as long as you are the customer.
Can you also run my Google Business Profile or website?
Yes, as a separate growth package, and only after you have had leads flowing for a while. The $99 lease stands on its own; nothing else is bundled into it.
