We'd rather turn you down than take your money
Red Dragon Leads exists because shared lead platforms made contractors pay to compete against each other. Our whole model is the opposite of that.
What we actually do
We build local service websites, rank them organically for the searches homeowners actually type, and route the resulting phone calls to a single contractor in each market. We own and maintain the sites. You get the calls, and you keep the customers.
That's it. We don't sell courses, we don't manage your existing website, and we don't resell the same lead to four companies and call it a marketplace.
Why exclusivity is the whole product
A lead you're bidding on isn't really a lead — it's an auction entry. The moment a platform sells the same homeowner to several contractors, the job goes to whoever answers fastest or bids lowest. You paid for the right to discount your own work.
One contractor per trade per market means the call is yours before you answer it. It also means we have to turn away most people who contact us about an already-claimed territory, which is a genuinely uncomfortable way to run a business and exactly why it works.
Why we do not sell shared leads
It would be easier and it would scale faster. It would also mean selling the same homeowner to four contractors and letting them fight over the scraps, which is the exact practice that made contractors distrust lead generation in the first place. A business built on that has to keep finding new contractors, because the old ones leave.
Exclusive territory is slower to sell and harder to scale. It also means the contractor who signs in month one is still there in year two, which is the only version of this business worth operating.
What we will tell you that others will not
- Ranking takes months. Anyone promising page one in thirty days is either guessing or lying to close you.
- Call volume varies by season. A radon market moves with real estate transactions; mold moves with weather. We will show you the pattern rather than quoting a flat monthly figure.
- Some markets are not worth building. We decline more territory checks than we accept, and we would rather say so on day one than month four.
- We do not guarantee income. Nobody controls Google. What we control is whether the site is built properly, and whether we are honest about what the data shows.
How we decide where to build
Two tests. Is there real, measurable search demand for this service in this market? And is the first page of results still winnable by a new site, or is it locked down by established local companies with a decade of history? If either answer is no, we don't build, because taking money for a site that can't rank is how this industry earned its reputation.
Who's behind it
Red Dragon Leads is a lead-generation business, not a marketing agency, and it is run as a small, focused operation on purpose. We build and own a website for a single service in a single market, rank it in organic search, and route the calls it produces to one contractor who holds that territory. We do not manage ad budgets, we do not touch your existing website, and we do not resell the same call to three companies.
Keeping the operation deliberately narrow is what makes exclusivity credible: because we can only sign one contractor per trade per market, we grow one territory at a time rather than onboarding everyone who asks. We are based in Northwest Arkansas and work with contractors across the United States wherever there is real search demand and a first page of results still worth competing for.
Where are you based?
Northwest Arkansas. We work with contractors across the United States.
Do you work with any trade?
We focus on trades where a newly built site can realistically reach the first page. If your market has genuine search demand and the results are still winnable, we build there; if they are not, we tell you honestly rather than take your money.
How is this different from Angi or Thumbtack?
Those platforms sell the same homeowner request to several contractors at once, so you compete on speed and price. Our calls come from a site that ranks organically for your service in your market, and they go only to you.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. We work month to month with 30 days notice and no termination fee — a lead business that has to trap clients with paperwork is not producing leads.
See if we're a fit
The territory check is free and takes a day. Worst case, you learn your market isn't worth building in — which is useful information either way.
