The process

How this actually works

Straight answers about what you're buying and how the calls reach you. The SEO system behind it took years to build — that part stays ours. Everything about your side of the deal is below, in plain English.

Step by step

From territory check to a ringing phone

Six stages. Each depends on the one before it, which is why we will not skip straight to building.

Four step process for building a contractor lead generation market: validate, build, rank, route

Territory check

You tell us your trade and metro. We pull real search volume for every relevant service and city combination and look at who currently ranks organically. Two things have to be true: enough people are searching, and the first page isn't already locked down by established local companies. If either fails, we say so. That conversation costs you nothing.

Build plan

We map the pages worth building — which services, which towns, which specific searches. Only combinations with real demand get a page. Building pages nobody searches for makes a site weaker, not stronger, so we deliberately leave them out.

Site build and quality gates

We build a complete site engineered around the searches that carry buying intent in your market — written the way homeowners actually describe their problem, and structured so both Google and AI assistants read it as the best answer. Before anything goes live it has to pass our four automated quality gates. Nothing ships that fails. The specifics of how we rank are the part we don't publish — that's the asset you're renting the output of.

Ranking period

This is the part that takes patience. Search engines need time to index, evaluate, and rank a new site. Most markets take a few months to build real momentum. We keep working the site during this period — adding depth, tightening what's underperforming.

Calls start routing to you

A tracked local number goes on the site. During business hours it rings straight through to you. Outside them, an AI receptionist answers, captures the details, and passes them on — because a missed call at 8pm is a job your competitor books on Monday.

Ongoing

We monitor rankings weekly, watch for competitors moving, and keep the site healthy. You get call volume reporting so you can see exactly what you're paying for. If it stops working, you stop paying.

The life of a lead

From "we have a problem" to money in your account

This is the part that pays you. Follow one homeowner through the system.

The problem

A homeowner hits a real problem

Water tastes wrong, the crawl space smells, the inspector flagged radon. They're not browsing — something in their house needs fixing, and they want it handled.

The search

They search for exactly what you do

"Your service + their city." The people who type that search are the most valuable prospects in your market: they've self-identified as having the problem and the intent to pay for a fix.

The page

Our site answers them first

They land on a page built for that exact question — what the fix involves, what it roughly costs in their area, and why acting now beats waiting. By the end they're not researching anymore. They're choosing.

The call

They call, and the call is answered

Business hours, it rings straight through to you. Nights and weekends, our receptionist answers, captures the job details, and hands them to you — because the 8pm caller books with whoever answers, and that needs to be you.

The job

You quote it, close it, keep it all

The customer is yours permanently — this job, the repeat work, the referrals, the review. Every call is recorded and logged, so you can verify exactly what the system is producing.

What you get

Included in every market

Exclusive calls

One contractor per trade per market. Your calls are never shared, resold, or offered to a competitor while you hold the territory.

Tracked and recorded

Every call logged through a dedicated number so volume and quality are verifiable — by you, not just claimed by us.

24/7 answering

An AI receptionist covers nights and weekends, captures the job details, and hands them straight to you.

No contract lock-in

Month to month. If the calls stop, so does the invoice.

The customer is yours

Repeat work, referrals, and reviews belong to your business permanently.

Honest reporting

If a market underperforms we tell you and either fix it or release you. We'd rather lose one market than a reputation.

Questions about the process

Who owns the website?

We do. You're paying for the calls it produces, not the asset. That's what keeps your cost low and means you're never on the hook if a market underperforms.

Can I see the site before I commit?

Yes. Once your market is confirmed open we'll show you what we're building and what it targets.

What happens if I want to stop?

Give notice and we stop. No termination fee. The territory reopens for another contractor.

Do I have to change my own website?

No. This runs entirely separately from whatever you already have. Many contractors run both.

Start with the territory check

It's free, it takes a day, and it tells you whether there's a real opportunity in your market before anyone talks about money.
